Renewable Energy Certificates

Our company provides Guarantee of Origin Certificates (GOs), issued by DAPEEP, certifying the origin of 1 MWh of electrical energy produced from Renewable Energy Sources (RES) or High-Efficiency Cogeneration of Electricity and Heat (HECH). Each certificate covers the energy production of a power generation station for one calendar month. The purpose of GOs is to provide transparent and reliable proof to the end consumer with regards to the percentage or quantity of electrical energy that comes from RES or HECH and is included in the supplier's energy mix, thereby enhancing consumer trust and promoting sustainable energy consumption.
